- 2 cups fresh or frozen peas
- 1 cup Swiss chard, finely shredded

Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- If using fresh peas, blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside. If using frozen peas, simply thaw them.
- Finely shred the Swiss chard and set aside.
- Finely chop the rosemary and mint leaves.
2. Cook the Aromatics:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped rosemary. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the Greens:
- Add the shredded Swiss chard to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Stir in the peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they are heated through and well combined with the Swiss chard.
4. Finish the Dish:
- Add the chopped mint leaves, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
5. Serve:
- Transfer the pea mixture to a serving dish.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
