Ingredients:
- 2 mandarins, peeled and segmented

- 1/2 cup pitted arbequina olives
Vinaigrette:
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine mandarin segments, cilantro, oregano, hazelnuts, and arbequina olives.
In a jar with a lid, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and salt. Shake well to emulsify the vinaigrette.
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss to ensure all ingredients are well coated.
