Ingredients:
- 500 grams of artichokes, cleaned and cut into eighths
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust according to your spice preference)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic cloves and sauté until lightly golden.
3. Add the sliced artichokes to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the artichokes are lightly browned.
4. Add the red chili powder and stir well to coat the artichokes with the spice.
5. Pour the white wine into the skillet and let it simmer over medium heat until most of the liquid has evaporated, and the artichokes are cooked, approximately 10-15 minutes.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
8. Serve the Betrayer Artichokes as an appetizer or side dish. Enjoy the delightful combination of spice and wine flavor!
