Shrimp Cocktail with Three Green Sauces

Ingredients:

- 500 g cooked and peeled shrimp

Avocado Sauce:

- 1 ripe avocado

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions:

   a. For the avocado sauce, blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

   b. For the classic green sauce, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

   c. For the cilantro and jalapeño sauce, process all ingredients in a blender until well combined.

   a. In a bowl, mix shrimp with lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
