Ingredients:

For the pomegranate parfait:

- 2 cups Greek yogurt

- 1 cup pomegranate seeds

- 1/2 cup granola

- Honey for drizzling


For the peanut butter sauce:

- 1/4 cup peanut butter

- 2 tablespoons honey

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with pomegranate seeds.

2. In individual glasses, layer the yogurt mixture.

3. Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt in each glass.

4. Repeat the process, creating additional layers of yogurt, pomegranate, and granola until the glasses are filled.

5. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter with honey and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

6. Drizzle the peanut butter sauce over each parfait.

7. Decorate with additional pomegranate seeds and a drizzle of honey.

8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
