Ex-Smoker Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 1/2 ripe banana

- 1/2 cup mixed berries (or other frozen berries)

- 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt

- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds

- 1 teaspoon honey

- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 4-5 ice cubes


Instructions:

1. Preparation:

   a. Freeze the banana and berries overnight if they are not already frozen.

2. Combine the Ingredients:

   a. In a blender, combine the banana, mixed berries, low-fat Greek yogurt, almond milk, flaxseeds, honey, grated fresh ginger, and turmeric powder.

   b. Add the ice cubes for a refreshing chill.

3. Blend until Smooth:

   a. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

4. Serve:
