Copa del Voral

Ingredients:

- 1 large onion, thinly sliced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced

- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish


Instructions:

1. Caramelize the Onions:

   a. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

   c. Garnish generously with finely chopped fresh parsley.

5. Bake and Gratinate:

   a. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

6. Garnish and Serve:

   a. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
